急性高位後壁硬塞の1例—左脚後枝ブロック，心筋硬塞後症候群，単独の右心不全と稀な3合併症を認めた

A Case of Strictly Posterior Myocardial Infarction with Three Unusual Complications

　急性心筋硬塞症（以下AMIと略す）では種々の合併症がみられる。本症例は急性高位後壁硬塞の64歳の男性でAMIでは稀な3合併症を認めた。

　その第1は不整脈であるがAMIにおける右脚ブロックを伴わない純粋の左脚後枝ブロック（left posterior　hemiblock，以下LPHと略す）は，Wagner and Rosen—baum^1）によると彼らの2例を認めるのみである。

A case of strictly posterior myocardial infarction with several unusual complications was presented. Sixty-four years old man had experienced an episode of long-standing chest pain with electro-cardiographic evidences of strictly posterior and lateral wall myocardial infarctions. On admission to the hospital, his electrocardiogram showed the findings of left posterior hemiblock. One week after the attack, a friction rub appeared, and the diagnosis of post-myocardial infarction syn-drome was made based on serum immunological studies. The electrocardiographic changes and the friction rub disappeared within one month period.
