要旨

　全身麻酔後に意識障害，両眼球の上転，四肢の筋硬直，後弓反張を認め，解離性障害と診断された若年女性の1症例を経験したので報告する。精神発達が未熟な若年者や不安の強い患者では，手術前から精神面への配慮が必要である。

　We report the case of a 21-year-old Japanese woman diagnosed with dissociative disorder after she had been administered general anesthesia for laparoscopic exploration, The patient exhibited impaired consciousness, supination of both eyeballs, muscle rigidity of the extremities, and posterior arch retraction. This patient’s case highlights the potential need for a presurgery mental health evaluation for young patients with immature mental development and patients with high anxiety.
