アルギニノコハク酸合成酵素欠損症（シトルリン血症Ⅰ型）の乳児に対する全身麻酔経験

Anesthetic Management for an Infant with Arugininosuccinate Synthase Deficiency（Citrullinemia Type I）

要旨

　アルギニノコハク酸合成酵素欠損症（シトルリン血症Ⅰ型）ではシトルリンからアルギニノコハク酸の合成ができず，高アンモニア血症を来す。急性増悪因子に全身麻酔下での手術が挙げられている^1）が症例報告は少なく，特に乳児での報告例はない。今回，本疾患の乳児に対する全身麻酔を経験したので報告する。

　In argininosuccinate synthase deficiency（citrullinemia type I）, argininosuccinate cannot be synthesized from citrulline, resulting in hyperammonemia. Surgery under general anesthesia has been reported as a cause of acute exacerbation of the disease, but there have been few case reports, especially in infants. In this report, we describe our experience with general anesthesia for an infant with this disease.
