Imaging findings of hepatic, biliary and pancreatic malignant lymphoma

節外性臓器である肝胆膵の原発性悪性リンパ腫はまれであり，その悪性リンパ腫病変の多くは続発性である。

Accurate diagnosis for malignant lymphoma in the liver, bile duct, and pancreas is sometimes difficult because it is rare and there are many differential diagnoses of malignant lymphoma. It is often mass-forming, characterized by a well-defined, homogeneous mass with marked diffusion restriction and lack of luminal or vascular obstruction in the mass. These findings may be a clue for accurate diagnosis of malignant lymphoma. However, it is important to make a comprehensive diagnosis in combination with findings of blood chemistry and imaging findings of other organs.
