悪性リンパ腫は,乳房に波及する血液悪性腫瘍のうち最多の疾患であるが,その発生率は乳房悪性病変のうちの0.004~0.5%程度とまれな疾患である1)。
Malignant lymphoma is the most common hematologic malignancy affecting the breast, but its incidence is rare, accounting for approximately 0.004-0.5% of breast malignancies. Breast lymphoma consists of primary breast lymphoma and secondary breast lymphoma, both of which present with nonspecific imaging features that overlap with various other breast conditions such as primary breast cancer. It is generally difficult to differentiate lymphoma from breast conditions such as breast cancer based solely on imaging findings. Therefore, a thorough histological examination, in conjunction with appropriate biopsy techniques, is essential for diagnosing breast malignant lymphoma, and considering malignant lymphoma in the differential diagnosis based on clinical background and imaging findings is crucial.
