縦隔の悪性リンパ腫は前，中，後縦隔のいずれにも発生するが，特に前縦隔に好発し，他の前縦隔腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる。

Malignant lymphomas of the mediastinum can occur in any regions, but the most common site is the anterior mediastinum, making the distinction from other anterior mediastinal tumors problematic. Malignant lymphomas of the lung are classified as primary or secondary. Although primary lymphoma of the lung is rare, its imaging features can mimick many other pulmonary diseases. This article focuses on primary malignant lymphoma of the anterior mediastinum and the lung. The imaging diagnosis of malignant lymphoma is not easy, but it is important to carefully differentiate from other diseases by combining clinical findings.
