Malignant lymphoma in the head and neck

悪性リンパ腫は，頭頸部悪性腫瘍の中で扁平上皮癌に次いで多い疾患であり，日常診療で遭遇する頻度の高い疾患である。頭頸部悪性リンパ腫の発生部位はWaldeyer扁桃輪や鼻腔，副鼻腔，眼窩，リンパ節，唾液腺，甲状腺などと多岐にわたり，画像所見は多彩である。本稿では，頭頸部における悪性リンパ腫の所見と鑑別疾患との診断ポイントを中心に述べる。

Malignant lymphoma is the second most common head and neck malignancy after squamous cell carcinoma and is the most frequently encountered disease in daily practice. Malignant lymphomas of the head and neck occur in a wide variety of organs, including Waldeyer’s tonsillar ring, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, orbit, cervical lymph nodes, salivary glands, and thyroid gland. Therefore, imaging findings are diverse. In this article, we will focus on the findings of malignant lymphoma in the head and neck region, differential diseases, and diagnostic points.
