腎細胞癌は肺，骨などに転移しやすいが，まれに胆嚢に転移し，画像上，胆嚢ポリープや胆嚢癌との鑑別が困難なことがある。今回我々は，ポリープ状の形態を呈した腎細胞癌胆嚢転移の1例を経験したので，画像による術前診断の可能性を含め若干の文献的考察をふまえ報告する。

We report a case of gallbladder metastasis from renal cell carcinoma（RCC）that was initially misdiagnosed as a gallbladder carcinoma. CT showed a polypoid lesion at the fundus of the gallbladder, which had increased in size. On dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, the polypoid lesion showed diffusion restriction, early enhancement in the arterial-dominant phase and wash out in the delayed phase. The final diagnosis of gallbladder metastasis of RCC was obtained pathologically after surgery. This rare entity should be considered when a gallbladder lesion is evaluated, especially in a patient with a history of RCC.
