　症例は53歳，男性。1991年8月に左腎摘除術を施行され，外来経過観察中であった。10年6か月後の2002年2月のCTにて胆囊腫瘍および胆囊結石を指摘された。胆囊腫瘍は血管造影検査で著明に濃染した。当院外科にて腹腔鏡下胆囊摘除術が施行された。病理組織所見は摘除された腎細胞癌と同じ明細胞癌であった。免疫染色を施行し，腎原発巣と同様の染色性を示したため腎細胞癌の胆囊転移と診断された。本症例は他臓器には転移を認めず，IFN-αおよびUFTにて加療し，現在も経過観察中である。われわれの調べ得た限りでは，腎細胞癌が胆囊のみに転移を認めた例は，本症例で9例目の報告である。

　A 53-year-old man was diagnosed as having a polypoid mass within the gallbladder ten years after the resection of the renal cell carcinoma.Surgical specimens from the gallbladder tumor showed clear cell adenocarcinoma.Immunohistochemical stainings containing cytokeratin 7,CEA,vimentin and epitherial membrane antigens（EMA）were made and the diagnosis of metastatic gallbladder tumor was established.According to some reviews of literature,this is the 9th clinical case report of the solitary gallbladder metastasis from the renal cell carcinoma.
