肺吸虫症とは，Paragonimus属の吸虫（肺吸虫）の感染によって引き起こされる食品由来の人獣共通感染症である。

79-year-old man was referred to our clinic with abnormal chest radiographs. Chest X-ray showed pleural effusion, pneumothorax and infiltrative shadow. Peripheral blood eosinophilia and increased serum IgE levels were detected. During the course, chest CT revealed linear opacities, whith suggested migration tracks of paragonimiasis. Diagnosis was made by serological examination. Pleuopulmonary paragonimiasis presents with a variety of CT findings. Among them, a worm migration track is characteristic. We report a case of paragonimiasis Miyazakii with a worm migration track which helped with diagnosis.
