Diagnostic imaging of gynecologic and genitourinary emergencies

婦人科，泌尿器疾患の急性腹症は，年齢，生活歴，既往歴，血液データ，尿所見から鑑別が絞られることが多く，画像診断を行ううえで臨床情報の収集が正確な重要である。また，特に女性の腹痛は，男女共通の疾患に加えて，生殖器特有の疾患や妊娠関連疾患の鑑別が必要であり，鑑別疾患が多岐にわたる。造影剤が使用できない場合や，疾患によってはCTでの確定診断が困難な疾患もあり，組織分解能の高いMRIの所見が診断に有用なことも多い。必要に応じて適切な診断モダリティを提案することも放射線科医の役割である。本稿では，婦人科・泌尿器疾患の急性腹症について，解説する。

Gynaecologic and genitourinary emergencies are the major etiology as a cause of acute abdomen and typical imaging features of this category need to be always kept in mind during image interpretation of acute abdomen. Clinical information including age, chief complaints, previous history, clinical course, and laboratory data need to be referred during interpretation. The location of dirty fat sign, fluid collection, intestinal paralysis, and other accompanied findings will give hint for accurate imaging diagnosis. Immediate and correct imaging diagnosis of Gynaecologic and genitourinary emergency in reproductive age. MRI may be suggested for better tissue resolution, and it can provide additional pathologic information.
