肺癌治療には大きく分けて外科手術，放射線治療，化学療法の3つがある。臨床病期や組織型や遺伝子変異の有無，全身状態などに応じて最適な治療法が選択される。治療後の変化や合併症は治療法や治療後からの時期によって様々で，画像所見も多彩である。中には再発と非常に紛らわしい画像所見を示すものがあり，注意を要する。本稿では肺癌に対するこれら3つの治療後に生じる画像上の変化について解説する。

There are three main types of lung cancer treatment：surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. The most appropriate treatment is selected according to the clinical stage, histological type, genetic mutation, and general condition. Post-treatment changes and complications vary depending on the treatment and the time since the treatment, and the imaging findings are also diverse. Some of the imaging findings are very confusing and require attention. This article will discuss the imaging changes that occur after these three treatments for lung cancer.
