bronchopulmonary foregut malformation（BPFM）は，前腸由来である気道・肺・上部消化管の形成異常を合併したまれな疾患で，発見時の年齢や症状は形成異常の範囲や気道と消化管の交通の程度，合併奇形により様々である^1）2）。成人後に発見されたBPFMの2例を経験したので，その画像所見について報告する。

Bronchopulmonary foregut malformation（BPFM）is the rare spectrum of congenital anomalies associated with the developmental disorder of the airway, lung, and upper gastrointestinal tract those arise from the foregut. Ages and symptoms at the time of diagnosis are in variety according to the range of anomaly, degree of communication between the lung and esophagus, and associated malformations. We report two cases of BPFM found in adulthood without symptom.
