2017年9月から2019年12月の間に急性症状で受診し胸部および腹部CTを撮影した症例のうち，12例に結晶沈着症と思われる椎間板周囲の石灰化と周囲の炎症所見を認めた。椎間板周囲の結晶沈着症のまとまった数の報告は少ないため，その内容について若干の文献的考察も含めて報告する。
We experienced 12 cases of suspected crystal deposition around the spinal disc during 27 months.
All cases had calcification and inflammation around the vertebral body, and 11 cases had amorphous calcification.
In all cases that could be followed up, pain disappeared within 2 weeks and changes in calcification properties were observed.
None of the cases were clinically suspected of crystal deposition disease, so diagnostic imaging is important for this disease.
