医学生・研修医の教育に携わる中で,画像解剖と診断の知識を伸ばすには教科書に記載されているようなキー画像と所見を眺めるだけでは難しく,実際の臨床画像から臓器や所見を立体的にとらえて考察するトレーニングを行うことの必要性を痛感している。
Educating medical students and residents about the importance of image diagnosis and the basic approach to it is thought to lead to effective use of image diagnosis and human resource development in the future. The aim was to develop a learning form that allows the user to experience realistic daily medical practice by expanding the functions of the image server and reporting system used by radiologists. We report the initial experience of the educational reporting system constructed so that medical students and residents can deepen their involvement in image diagnosis and raise their interest and knowledge.
