肺腺癌の中には，陳旧性炎症性変化として比較的長期にわたって経過観察される一群がある。今回我々は，陳旧性炎症性変化として約2年半の間経過観察され，特異な発育形態を呈した肺腺癌の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

There is a group of lung adenocarcinomas that tend to be followed up for relatively long term as old inflammatory changes. We report a case of lung adenocarcinoma followed up for about two and a half years as old inflammatory changes. CT showed well-circumscribed and irregular-marginated consolidations with remarkable traction bronchodilation in the lower lobe of right lung. The consolidations tended to increase over time for about two and a half years. FDG-PET/CT showed increased FDG uptake only on the margins of the consolidations. The patient underwent right lower lobectomy and the pathological diagnosis was papillary adenocarcinoma, with marked fibrosis and peculiar tumor distribution.
