ポートサイトヘルニアは，腹腔鏡手術により造設されたポート孔から腸管の脱出が起こることをいう。ポート径が10mm以上のポート孔からの発生が大半とされており，5mm以下の細径ポートからの発生はまれである。今回，我々は5mmの細径ポートからの小腸ヘルニア嵌頓症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Most of the port-site hernia are at port sites measuring 10 mm or more. We present a case of port-site hernia through a 5 mm port after laparoscopic sigmoidectomy. A 66-year-old man underwent laparoscopic sigmoidectomy for sigmoid colon cancer. On the 6^th postoperative day, he was aware of anorexia. CT showed small intestine herniation between the left internal and external oblique muscles. The resection of incarcerated small intestine was performed.
