腎動脈解離は突然の背部痛をきたす疾患の一つとして鑑別に挙がる。まれな疾患とされ，腹腔動脈や上腸間膜動脈などほかの孤立性内臓動脈解離に比べると遭遇する機会は少ない。

Spontaneous renal artery dissection is rare condition and causes renal infaction. Its symptoms are nonspecific, so the diagnosis is often delayed. Computed tomography is the gold standard for diagnosis. On the other hand, its management is controversial. We present three cases of spontaneous renal artery dissection complicated by renal infarction treated with conservative therapy.
