腹腔鏡下に切除した成人小網リンパ管腫の1例

Laparoscopic resection for lymphangioma of the lesser omentum in adult : a case report

◆要旨：リンパ管腫は小児の代表的な良性腫瘍の1つであるが，成人では少なく，なかでも小網での発生は稀である．今回，筆者らは腹腔鏡下に切除しえた小網に発生した成人のリンパ管腫を経験したので報告する．患者は65歳，女性．人間ドックのCT検査で小網に一致した囊胞状病変を指摘された．小網リンパ管腫を疑い，腹腔鏡下に切除術を施行した．組織診断で小網リンパ管腫であった．術後4か月の現在，無再発生存中である．

Although lymphangioma is one of the typical benign pediatric tumor, lesser omental lymphangioma in adult is relatively rare. We report an adult patient with lymphangioma of the lesser omentum that was treated by laparoscopic surgery. The patient was a 65-year-old woman. Abdominal computed tomography （CT） revealed a cystic lesion of the lesser omentum. As CT and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） scans indicated lmphangioma of the lesser omentum, laparoscopic resection of the mass was performed. The cystic mass was histologically diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma of the lesser omentum. At present, the patient is alive without recurrence4-months after surgery.
