今回，成人の下行結腸間膜に発生した腸間膜嚢胞性リンパ管腫（MCL）を腹腔鏡下に切除し得たので報告する．症例は54歳の女性．2001年より腹部CT検査で左側後腹膜に約2cm大のcystic lesionを指摘されていた．2003年より左下腹部の自発痛が出現，腹部CT検査で増大傾向がみられたため当院に紹介された．超音波・CT・MRI検査でMCLを疑い腹腔鏡下摘出術を行った．本疾患に対する腹腔鏡下手術は低侵襲性や整容上の利点だけでなく，診断的意義や腸間膜周囲の繊細な剥離操作の観点からも有用な治療法であると考えられた．
We report a case of mesenteric cystic lymphangioma (MCL) which was excised under laparoscopic surgery. A 54-year-old woman had been diagnosed with a nonsymptomatic cystic lesion 2cm in diameter in the left retroperitoneal region for two years. On December 2003, she presented to our hospital with right abdominal pain and increasing size of the cystic lesion. Preoperative examinations, including abdominal US, CT and MRI, showed MCL arising from the descending colon.
