◆要旨：現在，肺結核症に対する治療は抗結核薬による化学療法が主軸であるが，多剤耐性肺結核症に対しては術前術後の化学療法に加え，外科治療を加えた集学的治療が有用である．今回，多剤耐性肺結核症に対する胸腔鏡補助下肺葉切除術を施行し，治癒した症例を報告する．適切に症例を選択すれば，低侵襲な胸腔鏡下での肺切除は可能であり，術後の回復も早く，社会復帰の側面においても有用と考えられた．

　Chemotherapy has recently become the main treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis, but surgery combined with pre-and postoperative chemotherapy still plays an important role in management of patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. We report herein successful treatment of lobectomy for this disorder by Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery（VATS）.

　We suggest that VATS lobectomy is a relatively low-invasive procedure that is appropriate for certain patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and allows patients to resume their normal life at an early stage after surgery.
