急性期疾患において，上室頻拍は，時に血行動態の破綻をきたすことがあり，注意を要する。その機序を熟慮するよりは，血圧や脈拍数などを含めた血行動態の評価を行い治療適応の有無を判断することが重要である。血行動態に影響を及ぼす病態の際には，蘇生処置とともに緊急的処置を要する。一方，血行動態が安定している場合には鑑別診断を進めるとともに，可能な薬物治療を含めた非侵襲的処置を行う。

During management of acute disease, supraventricular tachycardia can sometimes affect hemodynamics and needs careful management. Rather than considering the mechanism, it is important to evaluate the subsequent hemodynamics including blood pressure and pulse rate to determine whether or not emergent treatment is indicated. In the case of a pathological condition that affects hemodynamics, urgent treatment is required along with resuscitation. Among patients with stable hemodynamics, the differential diagnosis will be progressed and non-invasive treatment including possible drug treatment will be given.
