パーキンソン病において性差が症状やパーキンソン病治療薬の薬物動態や副作用に影響を及ぼすことが報告されているが，日常診療ではこれらの点はあまり考慮されていない。また，高齢者の割合が高いため，妊娠時における薬物治療に関する情報は十分とは言えない。進行期パーキンソン病の運動合併症に対してデバイス補助療法が行われているが，侵襲性が高い治療なので導入には協働意思決定がより大切となってくる。

Abstract

Sex differences have been reported to influence the clinical symptoms of Parkinson's disease and the pharmacokinetics and side effects of anti-Parkinsonian drugs. However, these aspects have rarely been considered in clinical practice. Information regarding drug therapy during pregnancy is insufficient owing to the high proportion of elderly patients. Device-aided therapies are used to treat motor complications in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease. As it is a highly invasive therapy, shared decision-making is important for its introduction.
