I．緒言

　舌や口腔に発生する良性病変はときどき遭遇するが，骨組織のみからなる病変はきわめて稀な病変である。lingual osseous choristomaはlingualosteomaとも呼ばれ，主に舌の後方1/3に発生する骨性の良性病変である。本疾患は1913年Monsarrat^1）がosteome de la langueとして初めて報告し今日まで文献上39例が報告されている。われわれは本疾患の3例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Lingual osseous choristoma is an extremely rare benign bony tumor which locates in the one-third of the dorsal tongue near the vallate papillae or the foramen caecum.

　Three cases of lingual osseous choristoma were added to 39 cases already reported in the world literature. The cases were a 18-year-old, 22-year-old and 39-year-old woman, and the lesion in each case was situated on the vallate papillae of the posterior third of the tongue. After a simple resection there was no recurrence.
