喉頭verrucous carcinomaの3例

Three Cases of Verrucous Carcinoma of the Larynx

　Ⅰ．緒言

　vcrrucous carcinomaとは高度に分化した扁平上皮癌の1亜型であり，口腔内に発生することが多く，喉頭に発生することは比較的稀といわれている。喉頭に本腫瘍が発生することをGoethalsら^1）が報告して以来，欧米では幾つかの文献が発表されているが，本邦では未だ纒まった報告はないようである。

　最近私達は喉頭に発生したverrucous carcinomaの3例を経験したのでその症例を呈示し，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Verrucous carcinoma is a unique varient of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Although it is frequently recognized in the oral cavity, about 70 cases of this tumor in the larynx have been reported since Goethals et al. made the first report describing that verrucous carcinoma might involve the larynx. A majority of laryngeal verrucous carcinoma has been reported in Europe and America, however, only a few cases have been reported in Japan.

　The purpose of this paper is to report three cases treated in our department and to compare ours with those shown in the literature.
