Two Cases of Verrucous Carcinoma

I．緒言

　verrucouscarcinomaは1948年にAckerman^1）が比較的良性な高分化型扁平上皮癌として31例報告して以来，欧米では口腔領域を中心として数多く報告されている。発生部位としては頬粘膜^1〜7），硬口蓋粘膜^1,4,7），歯肉^{1,2,4,5,7,8）}，舌^1,4,9），鼻腔^6）喉頭^{2,4,7,10〜16）}，咽頭^2,10,17），陰部^4）などの報告があるが，喉頭に発生するのは比較的稀といわれており，さらに下咽頭に至ってはわれわれの検索しうる範囲において世界でも3例の報告^2,10,17）を認めるのみであり（表1），本邦においてはまだ報告されていない。

　今回われわれは喉頭，下咽頭に発生した本症を各1例経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Ver.rucous carcinoma commonly occurs in the oralcavity and this tumor in the hypopharynx has neverbeen reported ln Japan. The results were analyscdill the available Iitcrature.
