　I．はじめに

　われわれは，哺乳困難を主訴とし，病理学的には，皮脂腺，汗腺，毛髪，毛嚢，爪などの皮膚付属器を伴わないきわめてまれな乳児のepidermoid typeの口腔底皮様嚢腫症例を経験したので報告する。

　In a 2-month-old male baby, his mother noticed a swelling of the floor of the mouth and difficulty drinking milk seven days after birth. The swelling of the floor of the mouth was cystic and elastic. Secretion obtained by aspiration was of white-gray color, and α-and β-Streptococci were isolated. The cyst was surgically removed, and histological diagnosis was congenital dermoid cyst.
