I．はじめに

　皮様嚢胞の頭頸部領域における発生頻度は全皮様嚢胞の7％^1）にすぎず，さらにそのなかで口腔底での発生頻度は全皮様嚢胞のわずか1〜2％^1）である。今回われわれは非常に興味あるCT所見を呈する口腔底皮様嚢胞の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 60-year-old male with a cyst of the floor of the mouth showed a typical dermoid cyst on palpation, however the CT appearance was quite characteristic-a well-encapsulated low density mass with some circular high density areas inside, and its whole image looked like a ladybug's back. By macroscopic findings, there were greesy light-yellowish substance and 16 balls of around 1cm diameter in the cyst. These balls seemed consisted of concentrated substance. We are the first to report the case, and we propose to the name "Ladybug Appearance" to this CT appearance.
