　I．緒言

　左外耳道入口部に小腫瘤を認め，摘出したところ，組織学的に耳垢腺腺腫のうちではapocrinehydrocystomaに該当するものであった^2,6）。良性，悪性を問わず外耳道腫瘍の症例報告は少ないので，本症例に若千の考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of apocrine hydrocystoma arising in the external ear of a 68-year-old man is reported. The patient had noticed a small painless mass at the orifice of the left external meatus two years previously. The mass grew gradually until it occupied the cartilaginous ear canal, then it was resected. Histologically it consisted of multiple small or large, irregular-shaped cysts lined by double-layers of tumor cells, the inner columnar epithelial layer and the outer myoepithelial cell layer, and they partially showed "apocrine type" of secretion.

　The patient has been well for one year after the operation without recurrence.
