I．緒言

　一般に聴器に発生する腫瘍は稀とされている^1）が，とくに外耳道に原発する腫瘍は良性，悪性をとわず非常に稀である。われわれ大阪市立大学病院耳鼻咽喉科外来においても，昭和55年1月より昭和57年6月末までの2年6か月の間に計10例の外耳道良性腫瘍を経験したのみで，これは総外来患者数の0.05％にあたり稀な疾患であることがわかる（表1）。その内訳は別表（表1）のごとく線維腫3例，骨腫2例，粉瘤2例，色素性母斑2例，乳頭腫1例であり，性差は男性4例，女性6例であった。

　杉浦ら^2）によると1900年から1970年までの間に外耳道に発生した良性腫瘍159例について文献的に考察し，黒色腫あるいは色素性母斑34例，骨腫31例，乳頭腫22例であり，この3腫瘍が最も多いと報告している。

　The authors experienced 10 patients with benign tumors in the external ear canal for two years and six months between January in 1980 and June in 1982 at the out-patient clinic of our University Hospital. This accounted for 0.05% of the total out-patients. Ten patients consisted of three with fibroma, two with osteoma, two with atheroma, two nevus pigmentosus and one with papilloma. There were four males and six females.

　One of three fibromas, a 37-year-old female patient, developed cellular type of dermatofibroma at the entrance of external ear canal. This histological type is extremely rare among fibroma which is also rare among benign tumors appearing in the external ear canal.
