I．はじめに
脳梗塞発作後に皮質性難聴をきたした症例を経験したので，とくに神経耳科的所見について報告する。
Sensory aphasia due to cerebral infarctions in the both temporal lobes of a 51-year-old man was reported. The type of audiogram of his hearing was a high-frequency loss. The speech discrimination test showed a low score of 4-6%, but auditory brain stem evoked response and slow vertex evoked potential showed almost normal response.
Difficulty of diagnosis for sensory aphasia by auditory electric response audiometry was discus-sed.
