I．緒言
近年，化学療法の進歩，公衆衛生の向上により結核性疾患は激減し，耳鼻咽喉科領域における結核性疾患も減少した。しかしまつたく消滅したわけではなく，毎年数例の結核性中耳炎の症例報告がなされている。しかも中耳結核の病像が往時に比べて変化しつつあり，診断困難なことが多く，結核を疑つた時点ですでに高度の感音性難聴や顔面神経麻痺に陥つていることが多い。われわれも最近本症3例を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を加えてみたい。
Three cases of tuberculous otitis media are reported. In two adult cases, vertigo, facial palsy and severe hearing impairment appeared three months after the onset. The latter two symptoms persisted in spite of the surgical and medical treatment.
In a child case, an early diagnosis prevented the patient from any sequelae. Necrotic changes of the ear drum, external auditory canal or tympanic cavity were characteristic in all these cases.
It seems important, in case of necrotic otitis media, to take tuberculous one into consideration unless proved to be otherwise.
