　耳下腺部の外傷や，外科的侵襲による唾液瘻は，近年，増加の傾向にある。われわれは，手術後に形成された唾液瘻を，Lericheの手術によつて治癒させたので，多少の考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of intraglandular fistula of the parotid gland which was satisfactorily operated on by Leriche's method is reported.

　Salivary fistulae of the parotid glands are classified into 3 types, such as the premassater, masseter and intraglandular according to the site of the lesion.

　The method of treatment should be varied in accordance to the type. And the selection of the particular method should be dependent upon the results of the physical examinations, laboratory tests, sialography and other if necessary.

　Two kinds of surgical treatment are available for the intraglandular type. One is the dissection of the tympanic nerve and chorda tympani, the other is the Leriche's operation. How-ever, the Leriche's operation is preferable since the technique is easier and no special instrument is necessary.
