先天性耳下腺唾液管瘻の1例

　緒言

　唾液腺又はその排泄管の瘻孔に関する報告は比較的豐富であつて，敢て問題にする程度のものではないが，一は本症が比較的に治癒し難い爲に，人により種々の治療法が試みられ，その苦心と経驗の報告であり，他は手術，外傷等による不慮の続発症として載記せられた興味ある各種症例の報告であり，この二つの方面から檢討が加えられ，取扱われて來ている樣である．

　而して本疾患の発生機轉から分類すれば，之等の症例の殆んど總ては後天性のものであり，先天性発病機轉を有するものは，極めて寥々たるもので，外國に於てはPommrich，Bochdaleck，Küttner，Cherini，Rosen及びFalaguier等の報告，本邦に於ては丹羽氏（大11年）の1例を見るに過ぎない．

　余は偶々右側先天性耳下腺唾液管瘻の珍らしき1例に遭遇したので，茲にその症例を報告し，以て後学の資に供せんと欲するものである．

　Sakaguchi reports a case of congenital fistula of parotid duct. A girl, 14 years old, complained of a small amount of constant discharge, watery in character, from a fistulous opening which was present since birth and situated posteriorly and below the right ear. When a small amount of "moliodol" was injected into this fistuluos opening the injected material easily made its way into the oral cavity, which proved the opening to be in a direct connection with Steno's duct. Roentgen examination also proved this fact. The fistula was exterpated by external approach and the patient made an uneventful recovery.
