Ⅰ．まえがき
前回耳鳴に対する強力ネオミノファーゲンC（SNMC）の効果について発表した。それは比較的長期間の耳鳴を主訴とするものに使用したものであつた。今回は伝音系障害をもち，耳鳴を比較的長い間訴えているものに使用してみた。
Neo-Minophagen-strong was used in treat-ment of 30 cases in whom the symptom of tinnitus aurium accompanied by conduction deafness appeared to resist various forms treatments given. This agent was administered intravenously once a day in 20 cc dosage. The results were as follows:
In 13 cases of tinnitus caused by Eustachi an tube obstruction the symptom was cured in 6 cases, improved in 3 cases and showed no churge in 4 cases.
In 8 cases of tinnitus caused chronic puru-lent otitis media and its after-effect, the symptom was cured in 1 case, relieved in 2 cases and showed no change in 5 cases.
In 9 cases of tinnitus accompanied by mixed deafness the symptom was cured in 2 cases, improved in 2 cases and showed no change in 5 cases.
