幼児聴力相談室を訪れた聾唖児及び内耳性難聴児の観察—幼児聴力相談室の実施状況（第2報）

　緒言

　我々の教室では昭和35年9月より乳幼児難聴の早期発見及び言語障害の適切な指導を目的として「幼児聴力相談室」を設置し，聴力及び言語障害についての相談を受けている。その概要については先に報告^9）したが，今回は36年12月迄に相談室を訪れた聾唖児43名，内耳性難聴児26名について観察を加えた所2,3の知見が得られたので報告し，諸賢の御教示をお願いする次第である。

　尚難聴と関係の深い言語障害，難聴児の精神発達（知能），小児用語音明瞭度検査の結果等については夫々原著として発表される予定であるからここでは論じない。

Since the establishment of consultation clinic for hearing among children in September 1960, 43 deaf-mute children were seen in the ensu-ing period of 16 months ending December, 1961. Twenty six children among this group who were considered as inner ear deafness were taken as the object of this study. In the, deaf-mute group the children were less than 3 years of age in 67.4%; in the inner ear deafness group the number was 5 patients who ranged in age from 2 to 6. Number of males exceeded the females. The causative factor appeared to be in both groups alike the blood-relation-marriage which amounted to 1/3 of the total number; and in another 1/3 the cause was unknown. The mode of progress and treatment of deaf-mute and inner ear deafness are discussed.
