家族性進行性内耳性難聴の3家系

　遺伝する聴器疾患としては先天性聾唖，耳硬化症及び進行性部分聾等がある。遺伝性の部分聾は遺伝性内耳性難聴（山田），家族性内耳性難聴（山田，河田），家族性進行性内耳難聴（島田），Heredopathia acustica（Hammerschlag），遺伝性進行性神経性難聴（Dolowitz）等と云われ特有な遺伝様式及び他の遺伝性疾患と合併する事等より，更に特異な聴力像より遺伝学上及び聴覚生理学上特に興味が持たれている。

　この様な進行性で前庭症状を伴わない高音部感音系難聴の存在はPolitzer^18）（1901）により始めて注目されてよりAlbrecht（1923），Hammerschlag（1932）等により詳細に研究がなされ，又これ等内因性内耳性難聴に於ける迷路の組織学的検索はAlexander（1902）により発表されてより数多くの報告があり，更に我が国では佐藤教授^19）により始めて報告されてより山田^22），河田教授^12）等により研究がなされているが，先天性聾唖の研究に比較すると非常に少なく未だ疑問の点が多く含まれている。私は今回本症の症例に遭遇したので2〜3の文献的考察を加えここに報告し御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

　The report is concerned with progressive familial loss of hearing ; reports in the literature on this subject are reviewed.

　(1) The majority of cases appeared to be the result of dominant characteristic of heredity ; the few were due to recessive.

　(2) It has been understood that cases to be predominating by numbers in the male but the present study shows no difference by sex.

　(3) The onset of the affections in majority of cases start in the agegroup of 30; the involvement has a tendency to increase with the advance in the age-group.

　(4) In majority of cases the vestibular function appear to be decreased.
