- Abstract 文献概要
緒言
下気道ヂフテリーに於て最大なる義膜標本を獲得するごとは其報告を多く見ないのであるが，余は2例を経験し貴重な経験を得たので此処に報告する。
Shimoda reports 2 cases of diphtheria in whom lower respitory tract was found to be involved with a formation of diphtheritic me-mbrane covering a large area. Because of dyspneardue to this formation tracheotomy was performed in a girl infant aged 4: the patient died. In the second case, a woman aged 30, with complaints of marked dyspnea, the patient expectorated a large piece diph-theritic membrane 6 days after the administ-ration of anti-diphtheritc serum. Other as-pects on cases of diphtheria are discussed.
