後鼻孔辺縁茸（脂肪線維腺腫）症例

　緒言

　後鼻孔或いは上咽頭に認められる良性腫瘍は比較的に稀なもので，組織学的には線維腫，乳頭腫，軟骨腫，脂肪腫Epignaths，血管腫，嚢腫及びMeningiom等が認められる。

　一般に後鼻孔辺縁から発生する茸腫は組織学的には線維腫が多く，此の外脂肪腫，奇形腫，軟骨腫，乳頭腫が認められる。

Shirai reports a case of lipoma of postnasal area that caused a complete blockage of nasal breathing. A man, aged 51, complained of purulent nasal discharge, blockage of nasal breathing and nasal voice. The growth was removed through the mouth and the patient recovered uneventfully.
