原発性咽頭粘膜天疱瘡症例

　天疱瘡は元来皮膚に水疱を形成するのを以て特徴とする疾患で，皮膚科領域では多くの報告があるが，我が科領域に於けるもの即ち粘膜を犯すものは稀である。粘膜天疱瘡で同時に皮膚に水疱形成を伴う場合の診断は必ずしも困難ではないが，粘膜にのみ限局した天疱瘡の診断は一般に困難である。私は最近永らく診断が確定せず他疾患として治療されていた慢性の経過をとつた口腔乃至咽頭粘膜の原発性天疱瘡の症例を経験したので報告する。

Harada reports 2 cases pharyngeal pemphi-gus. The diagnosis in these cases whom a woman, aged 62 and a man, aged 27, was made by recognition of vesicles on the outer areas of the region involved. For treatment various therapeutic agents such as germanin, aureomycin and cortisone were used the all of which aided the symptoms to be greatly mitigated but failed to gain a complete cure.
