鼻咽腔悪性腫瘍4症例の臨床的考察

　緒言

　鼻咽腔に原発する悪性腫瘍は頻度の多い疾患ではないが，悪性でしかも自覚症状の発現が遅く，又鼻咽腔が"耳鼻科医により最も除外される部分"の名の通り診察のおろそかにされる点充分に注意を要するものである。私達は最近数年間に経験した4症例を文献を参照して報告する。

Ogawa and associates report 4 cases of malignant growths that occurred in the nasal cavity as their primary site of origin. All four cases are treated by surgical procedures but in the two of which the were supple-mented by use of anti-carcinomatous agents. Pathologically considered 2 cases consisted of adenocarcinoma, 1 of carcinoma and the remaining 1 that of reticulo-sarcoma. Opera-tions in these cases were performed either, by Denker or Moore-Denker method. The patients were treated by radium irradiation and use of anti-carcinomatous agents post-operatively. In 2 cases of adenocarcinoma no recurrence is seen at present which are at 18 and 25 months respectively since their day of operation. With the case of carcinoma metastatic growths in the neck was met with 8 months after the operation. The case with reticulo-sarcoma died within 15 months of the operation.
