外耳道に発生した色素性母斑の1例

　1．緒言

　外耳道に発生する腫瘍には，乳嘴腫，線維腫，軟骨腫，骨腫，上皮腫，皮脂線腫，血管腫，皮様嚢腫，肉腫，癌腫等があるが，色素性母斑は之等の中でも良性と悪性の移行型とでも称すべき点，及び比較的稀らしい疾患であるという点で注目に値するものである。西欧においては既に20世紀初頭Dallmann, Grünberg等の報告があり，我国でも佐藤，黒田・大平，前川，柴等の報告例が見られる。しかしそれらを含めても，本邦における現在迄の報告は我々の渉猟した範囲ではまだ10例にすぎない。我々は最近市川病院外来を訪れた外耳道腫瘍の症例で，病理組織的検査の結果色素性母斑と決定された1例を経験したので之を報告したいと思う。我々の調査に遺漏がなければ，本例は我国第11例目の患者というわけであるが，御批判御教示を戴ければ幸いである。

Uno and Hinohara report a case of mela-noma that occurred in the external auditory canal of a woman, aged 29. The growth showed its surface contour to be mullberry-like in shape, resiliant hardness to touch and in color, on the side of being rather dark-red. Its size the largeness of a soy-bean and it was firmly fixed to the underlying tissues. No involvement of the surrounding lymph glands was noted. Microscopically the growth, for its greater part, proved to be benign intradermal nevus but, since one portion showed a marginal type change which might become malignant the patient was placed under supervision of close postoperative observation. Four months after the opera-tion, at the time of present writing, no significant change is recognized.
