　先天性有毛咽頭ポリープは，Ford（1784）が始めて報告し，Arnold（1888），Schwalbe（1904），Reuter（1905）等により詳細な観察が行われた。我国に於いては，中村（1908）の報告以来10例の記載がみられるに過ぎず，甚だ稀な疾患と考えられて居る。余は当教室に於いて本症の一例を経験したので症例の追加として報告する。

　Ohtsuka reports a case of cermoid found in a girl infant aged 6 months. The growth consisted of pedunculated polypoid structure containing hair, roots, sebacious glands, sweat glands, smooth muscles, fat and connective tissues, and found to be arising from the lateral wall of the upper larynx to protrude without the oral cavity, the overall length of which amounting to 7 cm and the diameter about the size of an adult finger. No osseous or cartilagenous tissues nor dental follicles were recognized.
