巨大なる下咽頭ポリープの1例

　I．緒言

　我が耳鼻科領域に於いてポリープという病名は珍らしくないが，下咽頭に発生することは比較的稀有とされている。最近我々は何回も再発した巨大な下咽頭ポリープ（脂肪腫）の1症例を経験したので報告し，文献上に集め得た症例について若干の統計的観察を試みたので，これについても述べてみたいと思う。

A large laryngeal polyp that weighed 58g was removed from a man, aged 67, by external route of anterior cervical incision. The patient suffered the affection for the past 28 years with intralaryngeal removals without perma-nent effects. The authors emphasize the imp-ortance of a complete removal in similar ca-ses.
