下咽頭ポリープ症例

PHARYNGEAL POLYP

　Ⅰ．緒言

　下咽頭部に発生する良性腫瘍は比較的稀で，本邦においても羽田野をはじめ約10例が報告されているにすぎず，しかもその殆どが線維腫，あるいは脂肪腫である。

　最近我々も下咽頭ポリープの1例を経験したが，組織学的検索の結果，非常に稀な炎症性ポリープであることが判明したので報告する。

A large lower pharyngeal polyp was remo-vedby external approach with lateral incision of the lower pharyngeal area in a woman, aged 73. The tumor measured 6×2×1cm in dimensions and weighed 3.3gm. It had a smooth external surface composed of structu-reless mass internally. It was regarded as a benign polyposis.
