新産兒にみた先天性有毛咽頭ポリープの1例

　先天性有毛咽頭ポリープは1784年Fordが初めて報告し，以後，Arnold, Schwalbe, Reuterにより詳細に検索報告されているが，我國に於ては1907年中村氏が報告したのを嚆矢とし，その後，川瀨，田中，廣瀨，鶴田，伊藤，高須，永松，鈴木の諸氏により報告されたのみで稀有なものと思われる。最近その1例を經驗したので症例の追加として報告する。

NAGANUMA reports a case of congenital hairy polypus occurring in an infant 8 days old. The patient was brought to attention because of the difficulty in feeding and lately that of breathing. A peduculated polypus attached by a thick stalk, yellowish gray in color and re-silient to touch, to the nasal surface close to the margin of left arch of the soft palate was discovered. The growth was readily removed with a cautery snare; the patient recovered without further event. Microscopic examina-tion of the growth showed the mass to be com-posed of structures similar to that of ordinary skin and the part forming true skin contained hair follicles, sebaceous glands, sweat glands, arrector muscles of hair and subcutaneous fatty tissues.
