耳後部肥厚性瘢痕のヒアルロニダーゼ局所注射による一治験例

　緒言

　手術切開創，火傷等に生ずる肥厚性瘢痕は小数の患者に認められるが，全く予知出来ず，且手術的に切除をしても屡々再発することがある。この発生原因は，特種な体質（ケロイド体質）として解訳されている。肥厚性瘢痕は，部位により運動機能障碍，醜形等を起し，種々の治療法が考えられ行われている。筆者はヒアルロニダーゼの局所注射で，肥厚性瘢痕を注癒せしめたTheodoreCormbleet^6）及びBraum^1）の報告の追試をこころみ一治験例を得たので報告し，諸賢の御参考に供すると共に併せて御比判を仰ぎたいと思う。

Sato reports a case of keloid formation in the post auricular scar following mastoidec-tomy in which it was successfully cured by use of hvaruronidase.Other measures adopted toward prevention or cure of or for this condition such as careful incision,local injec-tion of nitromin, radium or X-ray irradiations have failed to attain the objective.In the present case hypertrophic scar tissues showed abatement of further progress with return to a normal scar tissue at the end of 15 days, excepting the discoloration, when hyaruroni-dase in dosage of 2,000 v.u.m. was adminis-tered as local injection, every other day for 4 doses, No recurrence of the condition is seen 18 months later at the present writing The author believes that local injections of heparin or cortisone may also be effective towards cure of this condition.
