　緒言

　最近交通量の増加と共に交通事故その他による頭部外傷例が増加しつゝあるが，我々もその10数例を経験し其の際の耳侵襲に就て観察し得たので此処に報告し，諸賢の高評に資する次第である。

Mizawa and Izawa report 11 new cases of trau-matic head injury with additional 2 older cases in whom there were ear involvements. In view of the fact that injuries of this type are con-stantly on the side of increase in number as of recent due to abrupt growth of automotive traffic congestion, the authors attempt a clini-cal survey and discussion of various phases of the injuries concerned
