迷路腐骨症例と耳鳴に就ての論議

　迷路腐骨はそれ程多いものではないが又決して珍らしいものでもない。BEZOLD^1）の報告でに慢性中耳炎500例に1例の率である。我国に於ける報告例は1939年の松田（豪）^2）氏の集めた例では自己の1例を加えて21例とされている。その後大橋氏^3）の2症例の追加がなされている。然しこの症例を特に報告しようとするのは耳鳴の本態を考える上に重要な事実を発見出来るからである。先ず症例を挙げてそれから耳鳴に就て論ずることゝ致したい。

A man aged 24 suffered an acute exacerbation of chronic otitis media with facial paralysis on the diseased side. Finally during the course of this disease the cochlea body in its entirety formed a bony sequestrum which resulted in expulsion. Following this expulsion for the period of three days thereafter the patient complained of severe continuous tinnitus.
