最近私共は除々に進行せる難聴の1例に対し，ピロカルピン療法を行つた所一時的に非常に聴力が増強し，興味ある症例であつたのでここに報告すると共に所謂内耳伝音障碍に対して若干の考按を加えて見た。
KAIZUKA and associates report that a de-afness, which was considered to be progress-ive in a man, aged 40 showed a temporary re-covery by use of pilocarpin. The hearing recovery which showed an elevation of 30 db lasted 30 minutes after the use of the drug only to revert back to its original condition. The cause of this temporary recovery is con-sidered to be the action of the agent, which is demonstrated by animal experiments, that induces a rise in endolymphatic pressure.
